If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Our policy
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can only be returned if they arrived faulty or damaged.
How to return
Email care@shybyshyna.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
Please keep the original packaging until your return is complete.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
